Experience
I’m Jessica Warchall, founder of Story and Structure. For more than 15 years, I’ve led strategic communications and digital initiatives for mission-driven organizations, working both inside organizations and as a consultant, partnering with executive leadership, communications teams, program staff, designers, developers, and external agencies to solve complex communications challenges. This perspective gives me an understanding not only of communications strategy, but also of how organizations actually operate.
My work spans messaging, brand strategy, website planning, content strategy, and content operations. Throughout my career, I’ve helped organizations translate ambitious goals into practical, sustainable communications programs.
